I qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and went on to achieve the Higher Rights of Audience (Civil Proceedings) qualification in 2011.

I have gained plenty of insight and expertise from practising employment law across three sectors acting for both individuals and organisations/employers from a diverse range of industries. Representing clients in Employment Tribunal hearings all over the country has also been invaluable experience which informs all aspects of my work including the advice and information that I dispense to clients, and the conduct of negotiations.  

I have assisted and represented a broad range of clients (individuals and businesses), including scientists, banking and finance executives, IT professionals, oil industry executives, nurses, lecturers, charities and care homes. I have extensive experience of negotiating decent exit terms and packages for individuals under Settlement Agreements, as well as representing clients successfully in Employment Tribunals nationally.
